प्रिंट एक्सप्रेस हाई-क्वालिटी और कस्टमाइज़्ड प्रिंटिंग सेवाएं प्रदान करने में माहिर हैं। हमारी सेवाओं का लाभ उठाने के लिए, आपको निचे लिखी हुई शर्तों से सहमत होना होगा:
- रंग मिलान: हम गारंटी नहीं दे सकते हैं कि आपके प्रिंट्स / छपाई के रंग किसी भी पिछली प्रिंटिंग से बिल्कुल मेल खाएँगे। यदि आपको इस सेवा की आवश्यकता है, तो आपको हमारी समिति का सदस्य बनना होगा।
- ऑर्डर प्लेसमेंट: आपका ऑर्डर प्रोडक्ट डिटेल्स में दी गई समय सीमा के अनुसार आपके पास पहुंच जाएगा।
- कीमत: प्रिंटिंग कि कीमत प्रिंटिंग के प्रकार और ऑर्डर की गई मात्रा के आधार पर निर्भर हो करती है |
- कैंसलेशन नियम: एक बार हमारी टीम ने काम शुरू कर दिया है, तो ऑर्डर कैंसिल नहीं किया जा सकता है।
- रिटर्न नियम: ऑर्डर वापस नहीं किए जा सकते। 5-50% तक की प्रिंटिंग गलतियों के लिए, उन प्रिंटिंग की गिनती नहीं की जाएगी। 50% से अधिक गलतियों के लिए, उन प्रिंटिंग को छापना हमारी ज़िम्मेदारी है।
- रिफंड नियम: हम दिए गए ऑर्डर के लिए रिफंड प्रदान नहीं करते हैं।
- भुगतान: हम सभी प्रमुख क्रेडिट कार्ड, डेबिट कार्ड, यूपीआई और वॉलेट भुगतान स्वीकार करते हैं। आपके ऑर्डर की प्रिंटिंग शुरू करने से पहले पूरा भुगतान किया जाना चाहिए।
- डिस्ट्रीब्यूटरशिप/चैनल पार्टनर कोड कैंसिल करना: प्रिंट मास्टर्स को अपने विवेक से किसी भी डिस्ट्रीब्यूटरशिप या चैनल पार्टनर कोड को कैंसिल करने या बदलने का अधिकार है।
- कंटेंट नियम: ऑर्डर में डुप्लिकेट/नकली, वर्जित कंटेंट , या संबंधित समूह से अनुमति के बिना सामग्री नहीं होनी चाहिए। इसकी ज़िम्मेदारी प्रिंटिंग प्रेस/चैनल पार्टनर की है। जानबूझकर या अनजाने में ऐसी सामग्री का ऑर्डर देने से सदस्यता आजीवन बंद की जा सकती है।
- गोपनीयता नियम: हम आपकी गोपनीयता का सम्मान करते हैं और आपके विवरण किसी तीसरे पक्ष के साथ शेयर नहीं करेंगे।
- डिलीवरी शुल्क: पूरे भारत में डिलीवरी के लिए कोई अतिरिक्त शुल्क नहीं है।
- डिलीवरी समय: ऑर्डर की अधिकतम डिलीवरी का समय 7 दिन है। औसत डिलीवरी समय के बारे में जानने के लिए कृपया प्रोडक्ट विवरण देखें।

Welcome to Print Xpress, your trusted B2B printing partner that focuses on offering high-quality and customized printing services. By availing of our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
- Color Matching: We cannot guarantee that the colors of your prints will match exactly with any previous printing. If you require this service, you must become a member of our portal.
- Order Placement: Orders must be placed a minimum of 1 week in advance. Our team will deliver the printed materials within 2-3 working days after completion.
- Pricing: Prices may vary depending on the type of printing service and quantity ordered.
- Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be cancelled once our team has commenced work on them.
- Return Policy: Orders cannot be returned. In case of printing mistakes ranging from 5-50%, those prints will not be counted. For mistakes exceeding 50%, it is our responsibility to reprint those prints.
- Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for orders placed.
- Payment: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and wallet payments. Full payment must be made before we commence printing your order.
- Cancellation of Distributorship/Channel Partner Code: Print Masters reserves the right to cancel or change any distributorship or channel partner code at its discretion.
- Content Policy: Orders must not contain Duplicate/Fake, Prohibited Content, or content without permission from related organizations. The responsibility lies with the Printing Press/Channel Partner. Knowingly or unknowingly ordering such content will result in lifetime discontinuation of membership.
- Privacy: We respect your privacy and will not share your details with any third party.
- Delivery Charges: No extra charges for delivery all over India.
- Delivery Timing: The maximum delivery time for orders is 7 days. To know about average delivery time, please refer to the product description.
